NEW RENTAL IN LA TOUSSUIRE

The chalet is located in a residential area, on the right side of the resort.

Description

This top-of-the-range lodge is located at the entrance to the resort, on the left bank.

This rental flat in La Toussuire les Sybelles, is located at an altitude of 1750 m, on the first floor of a small family residence.

The apartment is brand new and will open its doors in December 2023 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Les Sybelles.

Its architecture is steeped in its mountain environment, with lots of solid wood and natural local stone. Its decor vacillates between ‘row material’ and ‘soft environment’. A subtle blend of vintage and contemporary for a unique mountain holiday experience.

The building was renovated in 2021 and 2022 and offers you a magnificent welcome.

Close to all amenities, just 80 m from a shuttle stop that provides free service to the village in winter, this lodge boasts the most beautiful view of the La Toussuire, facing the magnificent “Aiguilles d’Arves” mountains.

With a capacity of 14 people, the lodge covers an area of 200 m2.

A free private parking is available at the residence.

Since 2021, a new restaurant located at the ground floor of the building, called « Chez Marcel et Fonsine » offers you the chance to try local products and bread cooked over a wood fire oven.

L’agencement

As soon as you enter the residence, you will have access to your own ski room.

Then you can take the lift or stairs up to the first floor.

As you enter the “Six de Savoie”, you’ll find a hall with storage space, a pantry, a laundry room and a toilet. Designed to let the light through, this is a comfortable and practical space.

Then you enter the living area, a room of almost 100m2 that invites you to discover a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto an XXL dining room and a lounge area for relaxing and playing games.

Facing due south, this room has 3 very large windows, so you’re as close as possible to nature and Alpine landscapes. The light flows through.

Now comes the separate sleeping area. A long corridor leads to 4 bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet. Each also has its own TV. All have access to a shared south-facing balcony offering an exceptional panoramic view of the Sybelles ski area.

A first bedroom (19 m2) with a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a single bed (90 x 2 m).

Two other rooms of 18 m2 sleep with a double bed (1.60 x 2 m).

A final room, 23 m2 dormitory: 3 double beds (1.40 x 2 m), 1 single bed (90 x 2 m).

This room, with its shower room, is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
